Good news in a distressed housing market is certainly worth passing on. Once the National and local media quit chasing headlines with negative sound bytes we should see a marked improvement in the industry. Buyer confidence will return as buyers realize many local housing markets are still strong and maybe the over inflated markets have bottomed out. Perhaps we're on the rebound. It's a good thing we are in Tulsa. On another note: Congress just passed a 7,500.00 tax credit for first time home buyers. A first time home buyers is anyone who has not owned a home in the last three years. Give me a call for the details.
