Shopping for an E-mail address

I have had the same E-mail address for almost 20 years, Kensellshomes@aol.com. AOL has slowly increased its monthly fees while others have continued to offer E-mail addresses for no or minimal charges. Lately my E-mail attempts have been rejected with messages stating AOL was unable to send my E-mails and I was instructed to try again later.  Not good news for a aaa, get ur done now personality with a plan and agenda.  So I have finally decided to part company with AOL. IT'S SCARY! I need to choose an e-mail address that serves my business and offers my clients and friend  the smallest inconvenience in transitioning to the new E-mail. These are the choices I am considering and I TRULY would  appreciate everyones input, consul, thoughts, insights, experiences and opinions.
